No funciona eh estado haciendo pruebas y me apare la notificacion de mensaje nuevo, pero al momento de abrirlo me dice intente mas tarde, o tambien me aparece vacio cuando claramente si hay mensajes y no me deja ver las conversaciones pasadas.
Good but we need 2 essential things in order to have the perfect app, the possibility to change the color of the text (and not only have it white) and the possibility to translate the Q&A when a customer choose a different language in the language selector or when the /en in the url is active for exemple.

The chat feature worked very well for me. I was able to get a new customer to order easily, and some of the features of sending products and orders directly in the chat window came in handy.
However, without the ability to schedule active hours, have multiple users, and use a desktop client, I found that the tool becomes unusable for our needs. Add those features in and I would become a user again.
This app is working very well, i was afraid 1st when reading the comments and then i tried and nothing is wrong with the app, it works perfectly. Thanks.

This app is really helpful. My only complaint is it allows only 1 store. I have 3 that I currently manage for different pieces of our company. It would be nice to manage them all without having to log out and log back in, ESPECIALLY on my mobile app.

Great app saving time to reply on messages coming from Facebook / Instagram channel and also it have great features to sell directly in the chat. Downside is that the appearance could not be customised (styled).
Definitely simplifies our lives. Instead of having to provide and control user accesses to multiple inboxes from different platforms, you can do it all here while also assigning it to a specific user within your shopify organization. very practical!
