helps streamline and so much nicer to not manage CS in email and keep within a space where all employees have easy visibility

Easy to use. Notifies when customers have communicated and are waiting for a response.
Very useful as we can chat directly with customers. Better to use with the computer but its ok on a mobile
it is very useful but if they give the edit option that will be very useful

Very good for quick replies to customers. It does have small issues with offline / online status changes but thats minor.
Wish it could be Text not e-mail....
I like the mobile app, I would give it 5 stars except the notifications take too long to clear, making me return over and over again to see the same message.
