Its great, if shopify makes it you know its good. Plus it's free. I would love now for them to integrate AI with the chat, that can aid customers based on product questions and stuff
I'm very pleased with the Shopify Inbox Chat, I've tried others and not liked how they work. The integration with the website & customer info is seamless. I've seen it improve customer communication and help complete sales.
It works. It's nice to have the mobile app too so I can respond to customers during precious family time, like Christmas morning. lol. Seriously though, I do like getting back to customers in a timely manner so I don't lose the sale, and Inbox works seamlessly.

I don't think I am getting notified when mail arrives, otherwise I am fine with it

It works great for actual customers, but there is a lot of spam. Many companies that offer Shopify customization services reach out through the chat pretending to be legitimate customers.
Je recommande cette application, elles est très pratiques mais seul inconvénient il y a trop de personnes qui proposent des services payants dessus. Il faut juste les considérer comme spams .
