Great, at no additional cost, but would be good if you could paste screenshots rather than having to save and attach
i would give a 3 because it WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO. It really bugs me that even if i answer quickly it always goes to an email even if they are still on the site. I'd like it to be more of a real time app instead of multiple emails back and forth! Otherwise it is very handy to use and have chat on your site and yeah, it is FREE. So - I was giving higher but dropped it down to a three because reviews are not legit.
We miss the Facebook and Instagram integration.
we migrated from a paid livechat to save funds. so far it works for what we need, primarily a B2B busienss. The addition of the unified inbox assists greatly so that one person can manage the inboxes for all stores. It would be great if there was an automatic assignemnt feature so that only one perosn got notifications rather than all the users. the assigned user could then assign it to another if necessary.

Notifications are a only ok (completed messages still appear unread in the mobile app after being read in the online store). Other than that it's fine.
so far so good. I have not gotten many messages yet
Easy to use, all coms in one place - customers do complain though about the wigget popping up all the time.
