Not bad, but still a lot of room for improvement, too few options for personalisation
It helped me a lot communicating with customers.
The android version's notification has a few minutes delay but it might be a problem from my phone. Will download and install to another phone to find out.
My favourite feature is all the customers cart info, order history is right there at your fingertips! No need to go into there profile or ask them for a screenshot of there cart. Great customer service app!!

Simple and effective method to integrating a customer chat section to your site. I have noticed a noticeable increase in conversions with Shopify Inbox' automatic replies and have been able to regularly monitor what types of questions my customers are most concerned about through their chats.
