Great app for customer service. Beware of the barrage of spam you'll receive from marketing firms, but at least you can block senders.
KLanten apprecieren het directe contact en voor de klantendienst is het een snellere manier ( i vgl met mail) om inzicht te hebben in wie de klant is.
We zouden de chat graag kunnen starten vanuit een order in Shopify. Bv wanneer een levering vertraging heeft of een product niet in voorraad is willen we via de chat in contact komen met de klant. Komt dat nog ?

Need the ability for the app to actually not message on the phone when the hours are set to off or unavailable.

In the mean time, you could try snoozing notifications on your device during certain hours. On iOS this is set under the "Focus" settings (i.e. you can silence only the Inbox app during specified hours). On Android this should be called "notification snoozing".
