It is fun to have my messages just pop up where my eyes are all day. It's enjoyable to have my messages appear where I'm looking all day.

Shopify Inbox helps me to keep my customer conversations organized.

It's good to have a quick way to interact with customers.

Perfect app. Works on my phone and desktop seamlessly. When I read and answer a message on my phone, the message leaves the desktop as well for no duplicating messages.

So far so good. Works well and I'm happy with it.

Easy to use and glad I am able to have the app on my phone so I do not miss any messages from my customers.

The app is okay. It would be nice to be able to forward messages to other staff members who are not listed on the shopify list. We have staff who simply answer products questions and have no need for access to shopify.

nice options! there have been a few issues but the communication from the team was great.
