i wish it had a ding when a message comes in so i can respond immediately. It pops up but if i wasn't on phone i wouldn't have known the message came in

The Chat works completely fine. I wish it had more customizations. For example: If we had any way to help/assist customers with what's already in their cart, such as adding different quantities, adjusting pricing, adding more customer service to the experience. I also would like to see a different away message based on the day of the week or time of day. Still very glad to have this function in the shop. Easy to install and easy to use.

good day. I would give absolutely zero stars. the app is good, it works well. but. but the infected news from nigeria, no, enough, nerve wracking. shopify should probably think about their marketing partners as some in Nigeria say because they are fake. I have been watching it for the past month. damage the inbox app and even shopify, sad .... such a huge company. but otherwise the app is good. works fine

Nice app, easy to use, but hard to get documentation. As I'm trying to disactivate the first popup that displays itself, and couldn't find a way to do so. Please help about that!

Good but unfortunetely this app is not adapted for international website. Because we we can't translate the inbox in several languages, big default...

Works well, but the limitation of not being able to attach files (pdf invoices / quotes for example) is a big isssue.

es una buena aplicacion, pero seria mejor su directamente te enviara respuesta a whatsapp mas que al correo cuando uno no responde de inmediato. se hace mas facir la comunicacion por whatsapp creo. ademas seria bueno que uno pudiese ponerle un timbre exagerado e insistente al telefono cuando llegan mensajes por aqui, se pierde facilmente el momento online con el cliente.
