This app is extremely helpful and as a result I haved closed some sales that would have otherwise disappeared into the abyss. An essential tool to speak with legitimate customers and I highly recommend it.
The only problem I have is much the same as the previous comment. Although I block them NIGERIA is a massive problem on this app. I Often get hit with "so called shopify agents from nigeria trying to solicit business, who have very thick skins and do not take no for an answer no matter how disinterested or unfriendly your response is- in other words scam artists" who badger me from dusk to dawn multiple times a day. I have been driven to responses that are not usually part of my vocabulary. I do appreciate the ability to block them as they pop up but it does not take away the frustration of having to deal with them.
It seems to be well maintained and updated, works reliably, nice to be able to collaborate with other employees to assist inquiring customers, only picky thing would be I wish we could customize the UI a little more like G-Mail Inbox, etc, and perhaps incorporate the AI capabilities for creating replies quicker, etc
This app is a fantastic resource for direct customer communication on your website, and the best part is that it's completely free! Plus, it won't slow down your site and integrates seamlessly with your website. What more could you ask for?
I love this app. I've had many real time and other conversations with customers that have led to sales because of Shopify Inbox letting me know right away that a customer wants to communicate.
Shopify Inbox is helpful. It makes it easy for the potential customer to ask questions about the product. You have a better chance of converting them and making the sale.
I love this app! I like knowing when I can't shat right away it comes directly to inbox and I can respond that way and they will receive an inbox message.
We needed a simple chat plugin that was easy to onboard and Shopify Inbox met those needs perfectly. It was easy to onboard and customize and it being a free app for us to try live chat with was also a big selling feature. We do miss the integration with messenger though!
It's easy to use, and has everything I need to chat with my customers in real time. The option to "add a discount" makes the converstions more valuable to my customers as well and encourages them to chat again. :-) Thanks!
I find the Shopify Inbox to work perfectly in my store. As soon as a customer has a question and sends me a message I am notified right away and can reply quickly.
