Hello, we really hope that the Shopify Inbox can add a option that only the clients who have ordered / the clients who have registered can send us the messages. Because now we do not provide the cutomised customer service to all the clients. Thanks.

perfect as I receive messages from website, insta and facebook. dont need to use 3 app and find cusomters request/conversations.

Handy, nicer to have a native alternative to Intercom. The sync between Facebook seems to be intermittent as not all messages show up and if someone replies to a customer message within Facebook, it doesn't show up in Inbox.
