Useless, poor support, no response support when we needed help configuring, app unusable, very disappointing

Support is very poor, and the rate they provide is different with rate from post Indonesia EMS (online and actual), this issue make us loss money in several orders. not good for business

Don't buy this. not working and no support at all. I tried to contact the support by email, whatsapp, phone and no answers
