Just had incredible support from Julie - she just talked me through each step - made it super easy for me and she didn't make me feel stupid! Great and quick customer service.
I was having troubles with my widget loading on my site. I sent a message through the chat feature and Ricky fixed my issues within minutes (even on New Years Eve!). Thanks Ricky!
We had some issues where our account was disconnected but with support's help, we got it back up. Great support team. Thanks Ricky.
