App works smoothly, has nice customization options and doesn't seem to slow down page loads at all. And, as an added bonus, the team behind the app has been super responsive when a few tweaks were requested (issues responded to and updates made within hours). Great app- clean, responsive, fits perfectly into our Shopify theme- and installation was a breeze. We didn't have the right configuration with our theme for adding it manually so the team quickly put it on seamlessly and it looks great! Highly recommend.

This app is always so responsive and helpful when I need them in a crunch... like when I accidentally disconnect our IG Feed from our website. Such a lifesaver!

The app was working well, then we learned what 'off Facebook Activity' means, which is a setting you must enable if you want to use this app.
I tried the sign in with Meta option as a work around, but that wanted access to an incredible amount of data that I wasn't willing to part with to use the app: Your name and profile picture, manage your product catalogues, manage your business, access profile and posts from the Instagram account connected to your Page, manage comments for the Instagram account connected to your Page, access insights for the Instagram account connected to your Page, Create and edit product tags on Instagram media for the Instagram account connected to your Page, read content posted on the Page and show a list of the Pages you manage.
Shame really. As for the time we used it, it was really good.

Prompt response on a minor issue, looks way better than the other free instagram feed app we were using with no monthly view caps! Looking forward to upgrading to the paid plan in coming months

Super easy to setup and manage, even if you have a older theme.
In my case a I had a little issue with other plugin, contacted support to fix the problem and in less than an hour the issue was fix by them,

Just what we needed! Hadn't been able to add an Instagram feed to our website since the various changes but I reached out to Instafeed and had great support. I have a legacy theme so needed extra help to install it. Customer service was very quick.
