The app doesn't work on my store! We have contacted them for several times but get no reply! Poor service...

I just installed this app - on my own, no help needed. Tattu in customer servic answered all of my questions so I understood the basic idea of the app and it sounds like a helpful thing for a site to have. It is easy to create the galleries - I haven't tagged my products yet, but if it is as easy to do that as installation has been then this should be a great app!
The app was too busy pushing upgrades to me before I saw my gallery. Please stay away from this app, because the developer will send you constant emails and instagram messages . I wished he put this much effort into actual development because the issue that I had was I was unable to see my images . I was in the market for an instagram app for my business this one did not work at all. I got many offers to pay during the alleged free trial period. The app is focused on getting your money and not seeing what it can do. The developer is constantly messaging you why did you leave instead of making improvements. I got 3 emails and 2 instagram messages about this app, which is worthy of a 0 star rating.

Since then, we have only improved the app: we have added new layouts to showcase galleries in a beautiful way, we have made tagging products much easier, improved our dashboard so that you could easily manage photos, and did tons of enhancements. Moreover, we will be working hard to improve the app further.
Most of our customers know us as a very supportive and productive team. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to do our best to ensure everything fits your desires if you perhaps would like to give us another chance.

I wanted to setup and use this app but it does not work in Google Chrome. I work off of my companies computer and cannot download any 'extensions' or other browsers to bypass this.
Dear merchant, we are sorry to hear that you had such experience, but we really appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
We would like to confirm that our app works on Google Chrome. Please know that your case was an exception. As for now, we suppose your browser might be outdated...as you are the only merchant who has reported this.
However, as you can see from other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our merchants. And we have been craving to make things right asap. We have already sent a couple of emails with possible workarounds but never heard back... :(
