Sauce: Instagram, TikTok & UGC

I can't signup to Snapppt, it just say opps something went wrong....! It doesn't say anything on their app and there's no way contacting them

Great app! Seamless integration with my Shopify store to set up a beautiful gallery on my Instagram account. Very easy to use, and it looks very tasteful on Instagram. No coding required to set up on Instagram. I believe there is some coding if you are to put it on your webpage, which I have not.

This app. performs exactly as they say it does. My goal installing this app. was to provide a way for people to purchase the product from the photo that I put on IG. This app. gives you a shoppable page from a clickable link on your account. Personally, I would have preferred a shopping bag icon right on my photo, and the ability for people to click on it and be directed right to the product listing on my website. Maybe they will develop this sometime in the future.

Overall, I am very pleased with this app. It is tasteful looking, and easy to install.

It has been a really long time since I have even bothered to leave a review for a phone/laptop application, because most applications fail to impress me, or are just plain terrible. SNAPT IS AMAZING! I run a shop, on Etsy and I have my own store front on Shopify, NanasShabyAtTic & NanasShabyAtTic4u, selling chalk painted furniture & decor, handmade, all-natural bath and beauty products, and much more. Being a new store owner, trying to run all of these social media accounts + keep up with customer questions and orders... is nearly impossible! I am sure a lot of those who have downloaded this app, understand what I mean. I do not know if I would still be up and running if it was not for this app. I now receive over 60% of my traffic from my Instagram account, and have officially made my first 3 sales!

Plus, SNPT is the first app in a long time (and I have tried out 40+ apps for my store in the past month), that offers PERSONAL ATTENTION TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. I received a VERY FAST REPLY VIA EMAIL. The owner himself, and I am certain he is extremely busy keeping up with his application, emailed me back & forth about issues with Etsy & personally thanked me for my time and my comments. What more can you ask for?

I know if I ever had an issue or a problem, and I needed customer support right away, they would be there. It has taken away so much of my worry, normally associated with applications now a days. However, I have yet to have any issues at all. It is easy to use, does exactly what it says it is suppose to, and has no bugs- believe it or not!

- It is quite a lot for such a short period of time!

I even had a lady from Instagram tell me she was so pleased with the comments I left on her photos, that she is now sending me a present in the mail! She hand made me a tiny dollhouse and is getting ready to send it to me in the mail. What she doesn't know is that I never took the time to give her all of that personal attention, likes, and comments on her photos... IT WAS SNPT! LOL LMAO AMAZING. The comments rotate so flawlessly, that nobody ever knows.

This app is worth it. And I can honestly say, I am 100% satisfied. Thank you so much SNPT!

Initially, it worked out great until some issues surfaced with product updating & price updating.

1) Product updating: Once you upload images to your Instagram, it might take awhile before it appears on the Snapppt platform, the support team might ask you to add in some codes (but not explaining how to).

2) Price updating: Almost the same as the top issue, but this one never got fixed. Uploaded new images onto Instagram, and it got updated onto Snapppt, but the prices reflect wrongly.

*Support team response delay: I inquired on 20th June and got a reply on the 26th June, not something that you want to experience if you're running your online business. Followed the support team's instructions (P.S.: You have to figure out what they are saying yourself if you have no idea about codes) and yet, the problem still persists so I sent a 2nd email which was 3 days ago.

Final verdict: Snapppt may be good for you IF you don't experience any issues, but once you do, prepare for a long wait, if not, switch over to some other Instagram apps, don't let their inefficiency affect your business.

Works perfectly. With some custom code I was able to bypass the popups and take them directly to my product pages.

This app is beautifully designed, intuitive, and works just the way they said it would. It is the best app I have used on Shopify. This app is definitely about that 5-star life. I recommend. Although, I wonder how they make money to make such a great product free.
