Their developers go above and beyond to ensure the app works well for each individual storefront and makes changes so things can be customizable wherever possible. Their explanations are clear and their follow up is prompt.

Super friendly staff and they helped me through the technical onboarding and configuration on multiple occasions. We migrated from BigCommerce/ShipperHQ and had a rather complicated scenario to setup. They were available via Zoom to walk me through some of the obstacles, which is so much better than the competitor which refuses to get on a call and forces you to get support/implementation help through tedious email. We saved money and I feel the end result improved our checkout!

We've had a really positive experience with Intuitive Shipping so far. We had been looking for a solution to our complex online shipping needs for some time, and I'm so glad we found this app. The set up has been fairly quick and easy and the onboarding support from Michael was extremely helpful. We managed to set up different shipping zones by postcode Australia-wide, and exclude certain regional zones that we can't delivery some products to. I'd highly recommend this app to anyone with custom shipping needs.

Now days, it has become the norm to have a demo or zoom meeting with an app agent or representative where they speak too fast, don't care and rush you through the 30 min Q and A.

Not the case at all with Intuitive Shipping. Paul took his time with us, was very knowledgeable with the capabilities of Intuitive Shipping and Shopify. He provided excellent customer service. All of our questions were answered and then some.
