I have to say the customer support on this app is a 10/10. Very responsive and very helpful. What is nice is the app gives us the ability to add a line of text for each shipping option to let the customer know the time frame for delivery.

If you can think of a shipping scenario, you can set it up: special rates for different dates, post codes, repeat customers, specific addresses, individual businesses, different products.
It doesn't matter what it is, if you can work out the logic, you can make it happen.

Excellent app flexibility and support from Paul. We used it primarily for configuring our postage map with 3PLs by time and postcode (whilst keeping a simple customer experience). Thanks!

Shipping is super frustrating, especially with the limited built in Shopify system. Intuitive helped set things up on a whole new level domestically & international. They basically set everything up the way I wanted and have responded lightning fast to numerous issues that have come up. I definitely recommend giving them a try for your Shopify shipping needs.

The support for setup and carrier integration with Canpar and UPS has been outstanding. The functionality works very smoothly and enables us to cope with the widely differing shipping rates for our bulky and heavy items across the US and Canada.
This works great for me. I'm able to enter all my box dimensions and product dimensions. It then chooses the best box and packs the products accordingly. You can set the maximum weight allowed per box as well. Customer support is quick. I also offer free local ship for certain zip codes. It handles that. It was returning rates higher than what I was paying. I was able to adjust that by a percentage to pass the discount on. I don't think there's any other app that works this well and easy.

EDIT: Following up on our review after 6 years, and Intuitive Shipping is still serving our needs well. There have been many improvements since we started using the app, and Intuitive Shipping has kept up even as our shipping rules have gotten more complicated. And their support team is still as helpful as ever. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this app!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Dang, is this ever a powerful app! We're a wholesale company and have extremely complicated shipping requirements, having to deal with 1) multiple piece shipping, 2) dimensional rates, 3) multiple carriers, 4) shipping promotions, 5) different shipping rules for different products, and numerous other intricacies. Previously we were using an app that was several times as expensive, and still didn't cover all of our requirements. Intuitive Shipping has replaced this app with ease, at a lower price with much better results. Oh, and their support is absolutely fantastic! Fast response times with detailed answers, and consistent followups on issues that needed to be looked at by their development team. All in all, you can't go wring if you choose Intuitive Shipping for your shipping needs. Two thumbs up!
