BEST shipping app with the best support. Setting up shipping methods can be complicated, but their team goes above and beyond to help. Paul was able to guide me through exactly what we needed to set up, and has been extremely patient and responsive every time I reach out to him with a question or issue. 100% recommend.

Intuitive Shipping is a great shipping app that enhances the capabilities of your shopify store. It allows you to get as creative as you would like to provide tons of different shipping methods to your customers and presents the shipping methods based on rules met by the customer.

They also have very dedicated customer service who have been very helpful in setting up our shipping program.

I highly recommend this app.

I highly recommend this app and the team that comes along with it. Support and white glove service helped me through my complex shipping rules and it has been running without issue. This is the shipping rate app that does it all.

Just installed this app and definitely needed a way to create some unique shipping scenarios to ship our products. Nothing but high praises for the customer support, quick response time and help to get this going. Fully recommend them if you help getting your shipping calculations correct.

Dang, is this ever a powerful app! We're a wholesale company and have extremely complicated shipping requirements, having to deal with 1) multiple piece shipping, 2) dimensional rates, 3) multiple carriers, 4) shipping promotions, 5) different shipping rules for different products, and numerous other intricacies. Previously we were using an app that was several times as expensive, and still didn't cover all of our requirements. Intuitive Shipping has replaced this app with ease, at a lower price with much better results. Oh, and their support is absolutely fantastic! Fast response times with detailed answers, and consistent followups on issues that needed to be looked at by their development team. All in all, you can't go wring if you choose Intuitive Shipping for your shipping needs. Two thumbs up!

Great app to manage our (insane ) shipping rates from 20+ vendors... this is our store's saving grace... and to top it off- the customer service is INCREDIBLE!! They not only proofed the whole thing, but continue to help us in huge ways!! LOVE this app... 10/5!

Highly recommend the app, and taking the time to test fully in the trial period to get past the learning curve and implementation, it works as promised.

As a former corporate professional, it is easier than an ERP (SAP or JDE) item setup or data extract. Just follow the steps.

Co-founder Joel, has been very quick to respond to my queries and comments.

Intuitive offers a lot of customizations for our shipping needs. We can easily change carriers that we quote, setup rates for specific products, put restrictions on products that have to go certain shipping methods, and easily setup rates for different countries. The team is quick to respond to questions as well. It would be nice to be able to copy setups from one store to another, or upload pricing by weight range, but we tested many different solutions and Intuitive was the best!

The support from Intuitive Shipping is EXCELLENT! It took a lot of troubleshooting to connect my carrier account to the app (this was a carrier issue and not an issue with the app), but the team at Intuitive kept working on the issue until a resolution was found. I highly recommend this app, especially for stores with lots of different sized products.
