Invoice Falcon has been an integral part of our Shopify experience. As a home furnishing store we are heavily invested in our aesthetic, even the appearance of our receipts, and Invoice Falcon has allowed us the ability to maintain the quality aesthetic we need. Whenever we have found ourselves needing assistance, they have always been prompt in reply, updates, and solved the issue with 100% satisfaction. The customizability and capabilities of the app, combined with the fact it’s creation is by a two person team is truly a marvel, and we are thrilled to have such an app to help us run our business.

Great; Very easy to use; Professional looking. There is only one thing I don't like about it which isn't that big of a deal: When I want to print an invoice or packing slip, it always downloads it to my computer first and then I can print it. I wish it would just pop up in a window to print from. I don't wish to download and save it since I can access them from the app anytime.

I really like that "pay for what you need" concept. This App helps me to keep my costs down in the beginning and lets me upgrade every time i need to, without selling me a monthly subscription, payable for 12 months up front.
The designs are simple, yet good looking, and have some good features even in the free plan. like different taxes, pictures on/off, sku on/off etc.
UPDATE: I am using this for a few months now, and I had no problems switching back and forth between the different subscriptions. The team is putting great effort in this app, and IF something does not work as I want it to, they do what they can to satisfy my needs. I would upgrade this to a 6-star review if I could.
UPDATE 2: It´s again a few weeks later, and it is still the best team and app out there. I never had someone reply that fast as these guys.

Great app, very useful if you need a powerful app for creating and automating invoices to your customers. Is possible to customize many settings and the customer service is very good and fast. Very happy with this app :)

Really easy and useful, I use it to send all my invoices to clients automatically by email when an order is placed.
