iThink Logistics

Im proud to say im one of the first clients of ithink. ive seen them grow from zero to hero. Currently my key account manager is Avani and she's a very helpful & kind lady.

would recommend ithink

Thank you IthinkLogistiscs Team for your continuous support for my Shopify Store. Special Thanks to DeepaAcharya mam (my account manager) for this unconditional priority customer support in my all shipment.

I Think Logistic has been a great partner for our shipping needs. Their service is smooth, professional, and reliable. From timely pickups to fast deliveries, everything is handled efficiently. The support team *Arina* is also responsive and helpful whenever needed. Overall, a 5-star experience — highly recommended!

We had a very good experience with them. Their team is responsive, pickups are always on time, and deliveries are handled smoothly.

worst app ever. will never recommend to my enemies too. if you ever want to get frustrated-- opt for their services.
they are a team of helpless, unprofessional people. i have ended up wasting money and business due to them.

Very poor services for COD & prepaid shipment’s, no services provided for fake remarks by delivery agents. Just increase RTO due to no professionalism, cod remittances take upto 7 working days which is pathetic

I've had an excellent experience with Ithink logistics and there client servicing team! Their dedication to providing top-notch service is truly commendable. Especially the new POC Ms. Avani has been outstanding, quick responding, cooperative, and always offering practical solutions. Their prompt responses and proactive approach make a real difference. Highly recommend their services!

I would like to express my appreciation and gratitute for the services provided by your team.
I am particularly grateful to Miss Kajol Korgaonkar, who guided me in a very easy and professional manner whenever I encountered any issues.
Thank you for your time and efforts

Dianna from iThink has been extremely helpful. She provides updates very quickly and handles everything with professionalism. A truly pleasant experience.

Happy to work here with a smooth and elegant support. very friendly platform and the customer support is also up to the mark. Their response is very helpful and the TEAM MANAGEMENT is also very good. I recommend others to use this app as it is very easy and help you to do the smart work.
