I think jet print is a pretty good app. The orders come at a reasonable time since it is coming from so far. The pricing is great and they are easy to use once you get the hang of it. I will definitely continue to use jet print.

The app is user friendly over all I love the selection of things that JetPrint offers. I am thrilled with their customer service. Top Notch. Anything I asked them or needed help with, they promptly replied. There are actual humans working at this company.

Our aim is to provide transparent and accurate pricing, and displaying fixed shipping costs may not align with this goal.

Just started using this hoping it would be perfect for my customers as the quality of shoe is better. The problem I see is the lack of ability to make the shoes in the timeline they have posted on their website, along with lack of response when reaching out with issues. I've only made two orders with this company. 1st one took so long to get to me, another vendor I found and tried produced the boots and had them to me two days faster than this order that was placed DAYS before. 2nd order I am trying to cancel and get refunded for as it has been in "production" for 9 full days after order was placed and paid for. If your customers are okay with no updates and long wait times then sure, waste time here. But if not, I don't recommend. The customer experience will be bad. I can't wait to delete this app after I finish this process of trying to get refunded.

So far this app has been the easiest to use and the selection of products is AWESOME. I love designing watch faces and the the new clogs for my store.
I have been designing on the app a few days. Few glitches. Placement of your image initially needs no work, it flood fills the workspace saving you time. Mockups are generated super fast. Import is fast to your store. So I placed an order yesterday and its already listed as in production. Looks good.
Absolutely the best app in the entire App Store for product customization. Additionally, their watches are high quality. Also, if you are a fan of customer service, you will be happy to know that these guys are not only quick to chat and answer your questions, but they will go above and beyond to rectify any negative situation that may arise.
