I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THIS FEATURE SINCE APRIL 2024. FOR DESIGNING THE SHOES IF EACH TEMPLATE COULD BE SEPARATED SO WE CAN DESIGN EACH PART AND ASPECT OF THE SHOE. THE APP WAS JUST UPGRADED AND ITS DISAPPOINTING THAT THIS WASN'T ADDRESSED.
I ordered one of my own designs and it was ok, honestly all jetprint needs is more jacket styles, men and women's clothing.

I would like to rate them higher, but my design was not followed. The logo was to be white, it's gray. Also, the wording on the laces is upside down.

Regarding the logo color: The logo was intended to be white, but it appears gray due to the black surface of the shoes. The black background can sometimes show through the white print, creating the gray appearance you noticed.
For the issue with the wording on the laces: The shoes and shoelaces are printed separately and then assembled. Normally, we align the letters so they are correct when the shoes face forward. However, your design required the opposite alignment, leading to the reversed text. We have reported this issue to the relevant department to ensure closer inspection during assembly in the future.
While we cannot change the logo color due to production constraints, we can offer a solution for the shoelace problem. We are happy to send you a replacement shoe buckle, allowing you to reassemble the laces correctly.

The reason for the sold-out status is that the Shopify API has been updated. Our technical team is currently working on updating the API.

I really like the variety of shoe styles you offer. However, I find it hard to use the design page and layer my patterns for each piece. It would be nice if each shoe or side of the shoe could be a different area or if I could zoom more. Also, I tried saving my design to come back and edit it later, but I was not able to figure out if that is a function. All I could do with my saved design was copy, delete, or order.
not too happy with app, the personalized items does not work on some of the items.

Nice App. You need more current shoes, Chunky, Big Bottoms, Stacks etc. MOre comperable to popular brand styles. I do like the app though.

This is my 2nd review and I will improve on the star rating once the customer service improves. I have sent a couple of requests through the App under support and have not had replies. Not good when trying to set up and sell the products and have questions

For now, JetPrint POD Center has reorganized a better-dedicated customer service team to help with your questions and requests with faster response and trackable progress. I loved the phone grips and added a ton of those to my store. The quality of production is good but the shipment is very very slow. Every order takes over 4 weeks to complete. Add this app only of you are going to hold inventory because the both fulfilment and shipping is super slow.
They seem to add or remove products from from inventory as they please. One day 90% of my products from this store went out of stock without notice. They dodnt bring it back till i pointed it out.
The chat service was great at first but the response became slower over time. Its just one person and she’s very sweet and seemed overworked.

Tout va bien pour le moment, je commence à utiliser l'APP! dommage que l'outil de création soit vraiment très très light, on ne peut pas écrire!, réduire, multiplier nos designs, sauf les adapter au format du cadre, pas de choix de couleurs! bref pour la création, c'est très limité! on ne peut pas non mettre notre Logo. Le Ship n'est pas très explicite. Le tableau de bord est compliqué... je pense que c'est votre choix, mais pour nous vos clients çà devrait être autrement, pendre exemple sur "PRINTFUL" à Suivre.

Currently, uploaded design drawings cannot be modified directly, you can adjust the design and upload it to recreate a new product to replace the existing one. We've sorted out your question to our technical department, and they've already started to optimize this problem.
