Hana and Raymond were so helpful today. I spoke to Hana at length as I'm new to the app and had various questions since this is my first time launching and rewards and loyalty program. I had over 10 questions and each were answered and explained so efficiently, meanwhile Raymond was working in the background to help customise my program. Thank you both very much for such a friendly service and helping me get my program up and running.
I had a great help from the support within the app, they help me integrate the app in my shop Abby helped me very quickly and efficiently .

I'm still in the setup process but so far so good! I ran into an issue with getting a widget to display and reached out via chat to support. Hana was able to help resolve the issue within minutes!
