An easy to use and easy to set up application. Customers are very happy that they can activate automatic discounts and the calculation of points is completely automatic and always very clear. The support team saved me a lot of time by always answering my questions promptly, thus speeding up the testing and online phase of the affiliate program. For now I am very satisfied!
Joy is a great app, just not the one we require for our use case.
The customer service is great. I needed to downgrade and uninstall the app -- Audrey in customer service was a real star (hey Joy, give Audrey a bonus!), she guided me through the entire process.
