We've been using Joy for over a year now. It's user-friendly and easy to use + the helpdesk is always there in case you have a quick question or issue about customer points. Their rep Hana was very helpful and quick to answer my concern about overlapping buttons on our website :) Easy fix when you have the right type of help!
We've been using this app to run our loyalty program for the past two months. The setup was quick, and it has reliably handled all our customer transactions. While we encountered a few bugs early on, the support team has been exceptional at resolving issues rapidly. It's clear the developers are actively improving the app, and we're already seeing great results in customer retention. Overall, it's a powerful and well-supported solution.

We are very happy with the Joy app. Everything works exactly as we needed and the setup was smooth and intuitive. The features are well thought out and fit perfectly with our Shopify store.

Ottima app, stabile e con tante funzionalità disponibili.
Molto apprezzabile che sia disponibile anche in Italiano e possa essere utilizzata sia per il webstore sia su Shopify POS.

I’ve had an exceptional experience thus far with Joy Loyalty. They went above and beyond to help set up my loyalty program with their 24/7 support they make any adjustments and tweaks to your loyalty program instantly.
When searching for a loyalty program I was between Smile or Joy and inevitably went with Joy because of their great customer service.

C’est de loin la meilleure application de fidélité que j’ai testée — et j’en ai essayé beaucoup.
Les fonctionnalités sont complètes, le tarif est adapté, même pour les petites structures, et l’expérience globale est fluide et efficace.
Petit bémol toutefois : les traductions ne sont disponibles que sur le plan supérieur, ce qui est un peu dommage.
Mais honnêtement, cela reste un détail face à la qualité du service.
Le support est ultra réactif, 24/7, ce qui est franchement impressionnant.

The Joy Rewards Avada team has been incredibly friendly and approachable since the start of our journey with them. They’re available around the clock, so you can always reach someone on live chat whenever you need assistance.
While there are a few setups not yet available in the app, I’m confident they’ll consider these improvements moving forward.
