I had an exceptional experience with the customer service provided by Jubilee. When I had a question about one of their products, Rochelle, their customer service representative, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions with ease and providing me with additional information about the product. It was clear that Rochelle was passionate about Jubilee and the natural and organic beauty products they offer. I appreciated the updates on the shipping status of my Jubilee products and the environmentally friendly packaging.
