Hey, I’m really happy with the app — collecting reviews works flawlessly, it’s easy to set up, and the support is great. Jess helped me a lot, checked my settings, and showed me features I didn’t even know about. That was super helpful and will definitely improve the customer experience. Thanks a lot, Jess!

Not only one the best app for reviews, extremely affordable, but to add judgeme has top-tier support. Every time we have an issue or need help to tweak something with the reviews app, they are on top of it.

I am a craft soap maker who was going to thousands of markets . But a few years before covid hit i took my business online .
I have used Judge me exclusively to
a) give me feedback as to what my customers are experiencing and
b) to give confidence to prospective buyers of my products .
This is critical information when your customers cannot see or smell my products and helps instil confidence in my products .
Judge me do it so well . And if issues arise , which is rare , they are easy to connect with and instantly fix the issue . 5/5 from me . john@parrysoap.co.nz

Fin at Judge.me was incredibly helpful and patient while troubleshooting an issue with my review export. Judge.me est une excellente application pour Shopify. Facile à installer et à utiliser, elle permet de collecter rapidement des avis clients et d’automatiser les demandes. Le support client est réactif. Globalement, je recommande.

Marina was excellent!

To be honest the AI chat agent was less than helpful, gave an incorrect response and I asked for a human.

Marina came on and she gave the best assistance, even going above and beyond talking to management to make sure my issue was properly addressed.

That, and she made me laugh when discussing the customers Yahoo email address, mentioning it had been a long time since she's heard that email

Love having a human, love having good support more. Overall 10/10 and Judge.me does a great job of managing reviews for me so I don't have to think about another thing for my business.

This is literally a nightmare. This app will cause you so many issues.

1. Your reviews will lose “verification”

We used the app for a long time. It was very limited, so we decided to migrate away. Now we wanted to migrate back, and almost all reviews lost their “verified” status because of this app. Even the native app wouldn’t approve reviews originally collected through their own system.

2. Completely messed up coding and customization

The app claims they provide full customization. Their templates are extremely poor, so we requested a basic, minimalistic widget. We waited 3 days while support kept saying the same thing: “we escalated it” and “we’re doing everything possible.”
When they finally completed it, we ended up with both the old and new widgets showing on product pages at the same time. Collection reviews became impossible because it constantly showed JavaScript support errors.

3. Support provides false promises and doesn’t react properly

We reported the issue as urgent to understand what was happening, but customer support was completely useless. First they said everything would be resolved within 2 hours. Then they claimed the issue was affecting all websites using the app and had been escalated. After that, they told us everything was fixed — while the exact same issues were still there. No one cared to actually investigate or resolve anything.

I have honestly never seen a more unprofessional app that creates this many problems, damages your brand image, and causes you to lose money.

Had some issues importing my reviews from another app into Judge.me and their support team was extremely helpful and patient. Their support team came on live chat immediately and stayed on for a long time helping me get through my issues. Very impressed!

So far not a good experience. I will leave this review on until the issue is fixed. We have an e-commerce platform in CZ and the issue is that our customers get auto-replies and e-mails from Judge.me in Russian or Croatian language instead of Czech. I have already sent a ticket 2 times and so far no fix. Sadly, this makes our store look fraudulant. Thankfully, we are on the free version for now but I doubt that an upgrade would work if the codes are full of bugs in the trial version.

Thank you for raising this, you’re absolutely right that language accuracy is critical, especially for customer-facing emails. We sincerely apologise for the incorrect language appearing in Czech stores. That should not happen.

We have identified the issue in the Czech translation layer and have already implemented grammar corrections in the reply notification email. We are also reviewing the handling of reviewer names in subject lines, particularly considering Czech vocative rules, to ensure the wording is linguistically correct and natural.

We truly appreciate your detailed feedback and corrections, it has helped us improve the translations properly rather than applying a temporary workaround. Our goal is to fix this permanently at the system level so it does not require additional troubleshooting on your side.
