Judge.me Product Reviews App

I have not used the app but just had Mohamed install some codes for the widgets to work. He also answered some questions I had about functionability and other details. Very happy with the customer service.

Simple and easy-to-use app. Customer support is helpful.
However, the email template customisation could be better...with a little more options and room for customisation.

I chat with Gabriela about a modification (I wanted to center the Star Rating) and she guide me and helped a lot.

Their support is excellent. Even on the free plan, they replied within a couple of minutes and helped right away.

Fantastic customer service. I was having trouble with Google recognizing the JudgeMe reviews and they fixed it right away.

I had an issue with an integration between JudgeMe and another app, customer support did its best and followed up till the issue has been solved. Simple to install and good customer support, bravo JudgeMe !

We signed up for the app yesterday but had some questions about its integration with our theme. The app representative Abraao was very courteous and helpful in answering my questions. Overall, the integration went well, and we successfully uploaded all our old reviews that we'd collected through the original Shopify review app!
