Excellent customer support team. Knowledge group of individuals with a lot of patience. The platform can be overwhelming to a person who is not use to apps, but each time I need assistance the support team goes above and beyond.

I've changed my old app because of the lack of features and the price. This app is very complex. It gives you everything and the customer service is amazing. Totally recomend it.

Since shopify is removing their basic review option, I am trying this based on multiple recommendations. I am currently using the free plan.
The theme I use didn't allow me to use their easy set up option and I didn't have time to work out how to add the code, so I contact live chat and the assistant Soufiane set it up for me in just a couple of minutes.
It looks as though it has quite a few extra features to experiment with too.
It does import from AliExpress but I have no use for Chinese dropship sites.
I would love if it could import Amazon and Etsy reviews. I would definitely upgrade to the Awesome plan if that was a feature!

I had Soufiane help me - brilliant - fantastic - best every experience - I had to end my Shopify Product review App which is being discontinued and needed a new App - I tried another App which was terrible - no help whatsoever - Saw the good feedback for Judge me and have not been disappointed - Thank You
