Judge.me Product Reviews App

The CUSTOMER SERVICE for this app is UNMATCHED. Cassiano communicated with me via a chat bubble when I downloaded the app. He immediately asked if I needed any help. I didn't have a store password, but he was resourceful and found a different way to access my store. Cassiano gave me recommendations and set up my default widgets so ratings could appear on my home and collection pages. He was quick and efficient and offered me multiple channels to contact customer support reps in the future. I also communicated with Hoang who helped me with an issue I was encountering. He discovered that the issue was because I was simulating a checkout via my theme editor rather than the live store. He guided me step-by-step and also checked my settings to ensure everything was in order. Hoang was quick to respond to all my inquiries and didn't stop working with me until I was satisfied. I am SO IMPRESSED with the EXCELLENT customer service here and will consider upgrading my package in the future! We had quite a hard time figuring out how to Import the review data that we previously had. However, upon moments of asking for help, the amazing Ron came to our rescue. He helped import the files directly, and now it is working with no problem.

Just a shout-out to Ron, he was such a great help, he got straight to the point and solved it within minutes. Judge.me, the app, meanwhile, was the one we opted for, seems simple, and the UI is simply what we were looking for.

Absolutely GOATED 24/7 support team and the product is so good and it is so versatile. They are like super good like even if you face issues they will handle it and even manually access and edit the code to your liking if it is possible. There are so many review plugins like Loox, yotpo, and judge.me and trust me Judge.me is the BEST. They helped us import our reviews, solve technical issues, solve aesthetic issues and everything is so damn amazing. We are definitely recommending everyone to use this! 10/10 from me!
