So easy to install and integrate with my theme! It was really easy to upload existing reviews from a .csv file too!

Just wish there was an option to send a reminder to review email as well on the free plan!

So far so good! Their customer support/tech team is beyond wonderful and helpful when fixing issues or customizing. 4 stars because after a long day of installing and editing I'm still a little confused about what everything does and looks like. I would love more self-customization, examples, and how-to videos/images.

Tech support are helpful. They will call you when they need something to work on. They will take time to check everything.

Can you help me to change to chinese version? we hope it can show chinese language..................

Easy set up, and great customer service! Importing existing reviews was quick, but it did take some time for all reviews to display on site.

I was looking for an easy and free or affordable app which allows me to collect product reviews by sending out emails, and I found it.
The customer service chat helped me set up the app with Shopify. She was so kind and listen to my issues patiently. After this customer experience, I feel very comfortable using this app.
I just started using so I am giving 4 stars at this moment but will give you five after I discover more features that I do not know now.
