Excellent! The app works great and the pricing makes it amazing value for money which is super rare these days. I had an issue with the look and position of the widgets and the support team solved it for me quickly and efficiently. 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this app!

This is the perfect app for our small business. We are on the free plan and it gives just enough flexibility to enable me to use the basic features.
I think this app is so terrible that I'm almost positive that they are cherry picking reviews. My god the UX is so bad and the smug support people are terrible. I hate this app :) Figuring out now how to extract our reviews and move on from the pile of trash that is Judge me.

As each file is different, we would really appreciate it if you could send us the file to take a further look. Importing can be confusing the first time but it should get easier over time, and we're here to help you with that.
I am really happy with Judge me app. also they have very good support, i been struggling with few things to get customized for my website look but got everything resolved.
As first-time users, Judge.me was simple to install and configure in our Shopify store. With it we've been able to easily begin collecting reviews from our customers and make them visible for potential buyers. Managing reviews is a breeze, and when I've needed help, I've found the Judge.me support team to be responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this app for others.
