I am just getting started and had some issue with getting set up. I reached out to the Chat and chatted with Leandro. He was very helpful and took his time to make sure I had all the information I needed to make sure my recent customers will receive emails to write reviews on my product. He was great.

I switched from another review app to judge.me and I could'nt be happier. Not only am I paying much less per month with this app, I could'nt be happier with their customer service. It is top notch!

I’m really impressed with the service I received. They went above and beyond to make sure everything I requested was done, from coding custom features to tweaking things exactly how I wanted. Communication was clear, and they were quick to respond and make the changes. The app has definitely improved my store, and I can’t imagine going without it now. We initially used the free subscription which suited our needs as first; the paid option provided more advanced features like sharing reviews to social media sites and allowing us to provide a referral reward to customers.
We are currently reviewing the 16 day free trial of the "Awesome" plan, and so far it seems great.

It has been great to see the positive feedback from customers, which I'm sure will help create credibility in our store, both online and in the shop.
