The customer support from Judge.me is truly awesome. Honestly, they solve our queries within minutes. Also, the app is decent and allows you to access all necessary features with the free plan too. It's perfect not only for well-established businesses but also for new store owners.

I love Judge.me. This app protects businesses and is fair for customers. Customers can see the transparency of the business if the business publishes all reviews. As a business owner, I can protect my business from negative reviews that are created by non-customers. The customer service is very fast and helpful. Recommended!!!

Installation was mostly straight forward but I hit a snag going through it. Judge.Me support is lightning fast to respond. I have never experienced such prompt support from any company in my life. Abderrahman was absolutely fantastic and answered all of my questions and made some needed adjustments to the code for us. The app seems to fit our needs and is well designed. Great reviews app, everything you need at a cheap price! The only thing I wish they did was popups but other than that; I've not got anything bad to say about Judge.me. The support is good too, very polite and helpful.

Seamless integration with my Shopify website, and when I couldn't get it to work I was able to connect with someone live to get everything running. They worked on everything from their end and everything worked almost instantly! The review widget looks excellent on each listing page too and gives the whole website a more professional (and accountable) look.
