Judge.me Product Reviews App

Here's what I was really impressed about. On one of the review widgets, the images were showing up WAY too small on mobile. I messaged support right on the shopify APP dashboard and told them. They made a change within 2 minutes, and the images were larger just like that.

Not sure better customer support exists.

We have been used this review app for a while. It's been great so far. The customer service response in time. Like you can get a response in real time. The app itself meet our need. It has the granularity that we can turn it on and off based on our need. One area could be better is the pagination on the review section.

Felix is a true gem when it comes to getting assistance with the CSS aspect of the review widgets! I needed to tweak my shop's widget CSS to match my theme, and Felix was a lifesaver. They not only understood what I wanted but also made the widgets blend seamlessly with the theme. Their communication was clear, and they patiently explained the changes. Working with Felix was very easy, and my shop now looks amazing thanks to their expertise!

Started with the basic plan which is sufficient for now. The support staff have been very prompt and helpful since installation, ongoing and today Ron was very helpful in helping me tweak a change. I would recommend this app no problem.
