I logged on to their live chat and I must say that in 10 seconds they responded providing me with all the answers I needed and also sending me the CSV file to upload the reviews. perfect assistance

This app was a little tricky for me to use as i was used to using another platform, but customer service responded quickly and helped me with exactly what i was looking for! would recommended this app but only if you upgrade to the awesome plan. it's great value compared to some other review apps but the free plan doesn't offer much.
