Honestly, can't beat the price. And it's not some cheapy wannabe reviews app. Has all the same features, in a no frills dashboard. The look may be a little outdated, but with how quickly and easily support is, I can't imagine them not improving on the layout and offering new options regularly. Great option and fully customizable! And for anything you're not familiar with, support is fast (even at 11pm on a Saturday!)

6/24/2024: Soufiane, was absolutely superior in services during chat to assist me with a few issues on importing Etsy reviews into my Shopify store. The quick conversations were he guided, made recommendations and immediately checked problem areas. Also Fatima responded quickly during the morning when I sent a request overnight with questions.

2/22/2024: Oualid from Judge.me, promptly fixed an issue that I had with duplicate reviews on the product pages. JudgeMe is a fantastic app; I love that it is built for Shopify; they are leaders in ongoing technology updates to keep the app with the latest improvements, and best of all, they have a feature to immediately alert you when a change has been made with your theme. This is more than helpful.

on 1/20 found that reviews were missing from site, JudgeMe was extremely accommodating to resolve and find solution quickly. I love having this app as part of my online store functionality must-haves. Essentialgifting.com
Every question that I have had has been answered promptly with direct assistance and a solution. I wish I had installed this app during the launch of my shop, having a very niche business people are constantly on the go and doing reviews is not at the top of their list. Great app and nice format options. The support from Judge.me is superb! The quick response along with "how to" details to help solve solutions quickly. JudgeMe continues to be a key app for my store; the one thing that I love is when changes are made to the templates, JudgeMe has an automated response to immediately take care of the app installation and updates versus me having to reach out to them as a reminder.
