Working well so far. Customer service is good and proactive!

We've had the paid plan for a year or so and pleased with it.
Judgeme has good functionality that's ALL included for a reasonable monthly fee - unlike some other review sites that charge a fortune to unlock widgets and options...
Additionally, when we've had to contact support it's been quick (minutes if that usually to open a chat) and helpful.

The customer service was very responsive. I only had to wait about two minutes before a technician came to help me with the installation issue. He solved the problem in a timely manner and got my website up and running, which was great.

Great experience and support from Victor, Han and Igor from Judge.me team. After installing the app I wanted to make additional changes to the design that were not directly supported within the widgets customization options. They made were quick to respond, friendly, understood my requirements and made all the changes right away. App works great and with their help it seamlessly integrates with my overall theme.
