Been using Judge me for over a year now, and overall it's a good experience with the staff mostly being able to answer most of the questions and resolve most of the issues you have.
works well with a neat UI for an affective UX but some new tasks can be confusing. The good thing is the customer support is on it. They're quick to help and point out the how and why of things.
Judge.me was very quick to respond to my question, and persisted in asking me questions, working behind the scenes, and correcting the situation - really great customer service! Why I gave only 4 stars: their response was that their widget was taking longer to update and I would just have to wait for it to update - it had already been over a month :(
Not as intuitive as I thought it would be, had to look up several YouTube videos for directions and had a hiccup while using Mozilla Firefox after migrating from Chrome, so now I have to head back to Chrome in-order to use this app. Might change my mind as I continue to use the app, but 3 stars for now as someone who's just starting out. Customer service (Felix) was an excellent helper, though.
I switched form another app that I had been using for 4 years, and they were no longer offering a free plan so I needed something to take over, sadly this one technically didn't have what I wanted for free either, but I was able to find something that I could use in the mean time. with that being said I did have to contact someone to help me with adding the widget and placing it in right spots, and the rep, was able to do just that! He was great and patient with my "picky-ness. :D
Es excelente e intuitivo y el soporte es inmediato y resolutivo. Únicamente le falta un sistema de envío independiente para la solicitud de reseñas de la tienda.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der App, einfaches intuitives Handling im Backend, genauso wie Frontend für die Bewertungen. Der Kundenservice hilft immer freundlich weiter!
Shout out to Lorenzo for helping me out with with my carousel widget formatting! He made it perfect. I give him 5 stars, but only 4 to the app because it shouldn't require manual customization in the first place. By default, it barely shows 1 line of the reviews and my entire mobile screen (i have a large s23 ultra display) is taken up by just empty space between the review and the slider arrows. It looked so bad and makes no sense. I spent a ton of time on chatgpt getting custom css to fix the formatting to look decent but recently they put the custom css behind a paywall so my widget went back to the terrible default. None of the other "themes" worked either. I tried Focus View and Compact with Pictures but it was just all weird and looked nothing like the sample pics.
But I still give it 4 stars because at the end of the day Lorenzo was able to manually fix these terrible defaults, and I'm on the free plan so I can't complain too much. Most of the good features are unavailable to me but I will consider using them on Paid if my sales pick up. The free features will suffice for now, which include emailing customers to review specific products they purchased, and best of all I was able to add a "My Reviews" tab to the Account section. I may have a 5 star experience on the paid plan unless all formatting continues to need manual adjustments because they're so bad by default and where aren't proper adjustments directly within the settings.
Very nice app. Works well. One missing link is the ability to auto-import to Google Reviews and get officialy ackknowledged
customer service is great! super easy to use and the templates / customizability of the emails are good.
