Good customer service, I have the free plan, then added awesome plan, I got less reviews after 6 months, so went back to the free option. Prompt customer service for sure!
I got nice experience reaching out on the team while i am having trouble on my installation on external platform. They gave me other available advice that can fix my issue.

You do have to add TXT and CNAME files to your hosting otherwise the review emails will go to SPAM folders! Do this right after you install the app!!
The app is pretty good it does what it says it does. I was hoping to be able to collect store reviews immediately after the checkout success on the "thank_you" page. I don't see a way to do that. I can create a /page/reviews and they can leave a store review there. You can also create an email template and email.... But with so many emails for marketing I really wanted to collect the review immediately after they purchase while they are still on the site. It says it integrates with Omnisend which I setup... but not really sure what kind of integration is offered. Its a good app I think but it is a little complicated. If you install this plan on spending a day or more getting it set up.... Email DNS settings, Import reviews, group products (paid plan only), setup templates...... Its a lot to get done!
Have been using the app for several years but recently downgraded to the free version for the moment.
My shop specializes in one-of-a-kind pieces, and it makes the most sense to be able to consolidate my reviews in one review page (available only to $15 a month users), but as I sell a limited number of items per month the cost per review is rather great as I rarely receive more than a couple reviews per month.
If judge.me would consider making a cheaper version for shops that make lets say under a hundred sales per month, I would be happy to pay for it.
Other than that, the app works great, customer service is wonderful, and if I were a bigger business I would never have downgraded.
I only say 4 right now because I experienced a few glitches that theyre woeking on - so it wasnt a flawless experience, but the app is great and the customer service rep was super nice and helpful. hopefully my issue is resolved successfully
Easy setup, and messages can also be conveniently localized into the required languages. In the store, reviews can be arranged in various ways on the website using widgets, and elements can be customized to match the brand. Customer service is helpful and responds quickly. The template editor could have more options to better align emails with brand guidelines.
Good app and easy to manage, sometimes slow or a bit unresponsive, assistance is quick and helpful
Wish we could control how our reviews are exported.
Have had some issues which were fixed quite quickly. altogether, happy with the app and the team.
