Just skip this app Please. I downloaded this app and had some codes left over so asked for the team to help me, when they finally decided to help me my product page was broken after they deleted the codes apparently. i had a copy of my theme and i saw that they made changes to my original theme without telling me . :(( i compared all the changes
if you no experience of coding you can be scammed easily. I was really trusting them because the team is very sweet and talks very nicely. :(

Adds a whopping ** 203kB ** javascript file to your page. Yes, 203kB, and that does not include the reviews. It's as if you included the full jQuery library 6 times. Even if your site has no reviews, it'll still add this gigantic .js file, just check in Chrome Developer Tools > Network tab.

Developer calls this "SpeedMiracle" and ironically as soon as you install this app your Google PageSpeed rank drops at least 4 points.
not good. if you uninstall the app, the review column will still there.
Worst. I uninstalled this app but still files remain there.
Terrible app. First: It uses Postmark for mail witch is not safe! Second: If you remove the app your backend will still be full off stuff from the app. It leaves a lot behind after deinstall. And there is no way to remove it! And I think the stuff left behind is slowing down my shop since. Dropped 5 points.

Hi, we definitely can help you check and remove any leftover code, as well as run though any speed or security concerns you may have, including switching email providers from Postmark to other options. After app uninstall, we lose theme API access and some things can't indeed be automated anymore. But we can definitely go over your backend if you share some permissions with us and our customer support team has reached out about next steps.

I took this app off,because you must add another app,and even still,it won't,and it messes up you site,,then the guy sends me a e-mail,begging me to call him,this is a scam,his friends and family must be the ones leaving great reviews,Don't waste your time,find something else. Shopify is working hard to find guys like this,and get them off the platform... If your app is so good,why do you have to have to apps,and one of them my be a app that you have to buy.seems like you would only need one. It is not the customers fault,if they don't take much time with your app,I realized,that you want people to buy another app from you,it's called bait and switch ! You say you have 23,000 sites using your apps,but only 1232 reviews,how did that happen? This app,will only let let you be screwed over!

It took you exactly 4 minutes of using Judge.me before uninstalling us and writing this app review, so let me clarify a few points here:
1) You don't need any other app to use Judge.me product reviews. We do have 2 other apps, one for importing AliExpress reviews and one for adding checkout comments, but again, those can be used standalone.
2) Our head of support Leon indeed follows up right away on any bad review. Rest assured we are not begging you for any communication on your part, it's just that there are no email tickets, no chats and no other means of communication from you to us before this app review. Hence Leon called but he tells me you hung up.
3) We don't mess up themes during installation. For most common themes we have fully automated installation, for edge cases and custom requests we have a 24/7 theme concierge. Unique in the business. We can fix any issue you have if you tell us what you are referring to.
4) We have over 23500 online shops actively using Judge.me. While I like to pretend I am a popular and friendly guy, those reviews are not from friends and family. Our app reviews are obviously real, as is the Shopify app store.
5) (Added after review update.) No, you do not need any paid plan to use any app. So you can import AliExpress reviews and show them for free, using Judge.me. Please just email or chat with us, much more effective than app reviews and replies as a means of communication.

Their native email template editor is extremely outdated and frustrating. It was okay for 2010, maybe, but not nowadays. Emails look super basic, with no upsells, nothing. We wanted to use the Klaviyo integration, but they do not support languages, so you will redirect your French, German, etc., customers to write a review to the default store (English in our case). Amazing no one has taken care of this yet, considering how many reviews and downloads they have and how many years the app has been working. If you don't need much, the app has a free plan with the basics, but if you're serious about your customer experience, scaling, and so on, look elsewhere.
