By far the best customer service I've received from any Shopify app. I did not expect live service late on a Friday night but Han was available and answered all my questions promptly and help with what I needed. Thank you Judge.me team especially Han.

Really takes the stress out of communicating with the customer. Has paid for itself many times over!

helps a lot to boost sale

I had a few issues when setting up the app, so I reached out to support. I had a guy named Soufiane.

It took a little while for him to respond back to me on the chat each time, but after a while he had fixed my problem and added the star rating and review widget on all my product pages.

Once he had access to my store, it was all sorted out quite quickly.

So I really can't complain.
