I was disappointed with this app as it failed to deliver on the promises made. The features and functionality were not as advertised, leading to a frustrating user experience. Support was unhelpful and slow to respond, making it difficult to resolve issues. Overall, the app did not meet my expectations based on its descriptions and reviews.

This app support tried 10 different ways to prevent my store have verified reviews due to some ambiguous " rule" while lacking reasonable features to display individual review as verified on homepage , the support was going out their way and out of line to disqualify your store personally, he asked me millions of question like a cop and insist that I prove that I own my own store! Who the f* are you? When I look at some of their reviews, l find they all sound like cookie cutter and one clearly said they are running into an issue but still give 5 star LMAO. fk8ng clown ! There are so many apps there that would never intentionally make their customer's life hard!

"I recently cancelled my Judge.mesubscription, but I'm still being charged. I've reached out to their support team multiple times, but haven't received a resolution yet. It's frustrating to continue being billed for a service I no longer use. I hope this issue gets resolved soon."

The app is overly complicated to the point where I couldn’t set it up myself. The tutorial and help sections contain expired links, and the person assisting me ended up messing up my store theme. They couldn’t fix the carousel or the star ratings on the product page either.
This has been the worst Shopify app experience I’ve ever had. It’s frustrating how such a simple concept could be executed so poorly and made unnecessarily complex. I wasted three hours on this and got nowhere.

Not well maintained app, currently 3 versions behind with bugs out of the box. Also not capable of looking up all previous orders, You can’t send request manually, as you get AxiosError: Request failed with status code 422 , If you want to ask for previous orders reviews you have to create a CSV file. Absolutely horrendous and obnoxious app to use.

While we do allow merchants to ask anyone for reviews (this helps stores collect feedback from offline sales for example), we make sure to only verify reviews from a buyer.
It appears that your experience is specifically for WooCommerce. The Shopify and WooCommerce versions of our app are separated, and the functionality can differ between platforms. This might explain some of the issues you've encountered. Regardless, we'd love to work with you to resolve any remaining issues.
This app leaves code all over your site when you "delete" it.

In most cases, if the installation is done via Shopify app blocks, these blocks should be removed automatically upon uninstall. We've reached out to you to check this further. If any remnants were left behind, we’d be happy to help you resolve this very quickly.
Extremely Disappointed with the Poor Customer Service! less that 1 star
I am absolutely shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service I experienced with this company. The representative I dealt with was unbelievably frustrating to communicate with. He pretended not to understand me and took forever just to say a few words. It felt like he was wasting my time intentionally!
Even worse, he practically told me that I needed to figure everything out on my own, implying that they don't actually do anything to help their customers. If you don’t understand something, too bad—you’re on your own. I have never encountered such a lack of support and unwillingness to assist in any business. This was truly an eye-opener, and I am beyond disappointed. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. They need to seriously improve their customer service standards. Unbelievably poor service!

Awful support and constant technical issues. We've been using Judge.me for 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but enough is enough. They misled us into their paid plan with promises of collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they claim a 'technical glitch' is preventing reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) from showing on our international store (teacurry.us). It’s been three days of major sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our situation. With no solution in sight, we're forced to switch to another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are plenty of other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.
