I've only just got the app on my website.

Getting it installed was tricky for a while because I am not technically strong at all. I got help through the chat and was guided step by step and help was also provided through a request, so the helpdesk employee could do some steps for me.

Daniel was very helpful, took a little while but was attentive and able to solve the issue I was having - thank you!

App doesn't work properly and instruction on how to remove your app is out date and support is minimal. I do not recommend this app.

I have changed my 1 star to 4 star review. Thanks to Carlos Diez call he fix the remaining issues I had after uninstalling Judge.me app.

Good turnaround time on issues with the App. Recommended!

Now that it works for me (thanks to Leandro's assistance), Judge.me appears to be far better than the previous app I used.

Support (worked with Mohamed) is great and deals with issues quickly.

System not showing my response to customer review. I reached out to support, it was quickly resolved by updating the widget on their end. It would be great to have the option to update on my end.

I would recommend this app to other business owners. It is quite user friendly and works very well. My only complaint is that it has mysteriously become disabled several times now. Luckily Leandro was able to easily walk me through how to re-enable it!

I had the pleasure of working with Hoang, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He assisted me with everything I needed and was extremely quick in his responses. I truly appreciate his support and dedication.
