Great customer service

Great app slightly on the higher pricing, but good team and does the work. Reviews are necessary for any business and this app does it all.

After a little friction accomplishing a complex task, we got ahold of one live chat rep that really helped us out and restored faith in the app after almost losing it completely. Thanks Leon!

Cesar and Joseph were helpful in the support chat! The app works very good so far. They could use a little other features like allowing product image on reviews to be linked to their corresponding product pages... I hope they implement it soon.

I use this app to send emails for product reviews for my clients. It is a bright app, I would love though if it had a more advanced back-office, because sometimes I need to customize it a little more. However, everything I have asked for, the custom support has been spectacular. Thank you!

Even the app is still undergoing renovation, the customer service is always available and top-notch. Wonderful company!

- It is to expensive and in the free version you can do only little changes
- the support is really great

I really love this app so much but I definitely wish I could customize the colours of the emails without paying 15$ a month.
