I cannot recommend this app enough. I was experiencing some issues installing it, I contacted customer service for support. A very kind member of the support team got back to e very swiftly and pointed instructed me on what to. Once i emailed them back, another member of the team emailed me to ask me to check my query and i am so very happy as my issue has been resolved promptly within a day. Thank you so much!

I only had once the experience to contact with the Customer Support. Abraao is the name of the gentleman who assisted me when I really needed help. Someone give him a big raise because he does his job way too good.

I am just setting this app up. Ron assisted, it thought it was awesome that someone was online to help straight away. I would give him 5 star, however, this review says rate the app and as I am still setting it up i would have to say it is very confusing and a lot of work. I have had to follow several videos and i still haven't got things sorted.

The customer service rep was extremely helpful and went above and beyond! Just installed the app, so can't say much about it yet.

I started installing the app and the second step was to install code. I'm a bit dangerous with code and it was with a great deal of relief when Soufiane popped in on the chat box to inquire if I needed help. Well absolutely, he walked me through the steps, installed the code himself and imported reviews from the old app. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. My day will be very productive to put the task of installing a new review app behind me in a minimal amount of my time, effort, and aggravation. I'm excited to start using it and I know that there is an excellent customer service team if I "get stuck"!
