I recommend adding the code to your thank you and winback flows. The customer support is always helpful. Peek around the app and you'll find lots of helpful customizable features. They also have a referral discount program. I highly recommend. They only gotten better with time and their high rating speaks for itself.

Their reviewing platform is top notch, and what I really like is that they DO NOT mess with which reviews are displayed, but simultaneously CAN ONLY verify reviews, so it makes it where it's a joint effort to keep authenticity and transparency to the customer. When a customer clicks on the review, they're up front of the functionality the store has vs their role in reviewing, which just leads to increased sales due to growing an authentic audience.
