We have been using this app for a number of years now and we simply love it! It is a great way to collect individual reviews from clients, both on store and products. It creates additional interaction and traffic for us and helps in revenue generation. The management dashboard allows for full control. Judge.me is integrated with many other applications, adding greatly to its value. We use it in conjuction with several other apps on our store as well as in our native Vajro mobile apps for iOS and Android. Support is simply excellent and although we have hardly had to use it (because the app just works), when we have needed support the chat is almost instant. Most recently we were supported by Lam who addressed a small issue we faced in near real time.
All in all we highly recommend Judge.me, we have found it simply the best reviews app out there for Shopify.

I had trouble setting up the app due to my custom Shopify theme. The support staff were amazingly patient and extremely knowledgeable of their product. They were able to spend about 2 hours with me online getting it all setup. I fully recommend using this app even if it is only for the excellent support you will receive. The free plan is great, but I will definitely upgrade once I have more reviews coming through.

We switched to Judge me from another app that was missing some things we really wanted. We're very happy with Judge Me. The widget looks great and set up was really easy. The transfer of reviews went very smoothly.

Judge Me's customer service is impeccable. They have been extremely responsive, usually replying to chat in a minute or less. The agents are well educated on how the app works and able to help immediately.

We sent out emails to all of our customers for orders placed in the last two months. We had an immediate response and received over 100 reviews in a matter of hours. Most of these customers had already received review emails from the other app, but never responded. With our previous app, we only collected about 50 reviews over the course of a few months.

Listen this App Judge-Me is AMAZING. I have had my shopify store since 2015 and I have tried other review apps and this one is by far the best. The price is way lower than yotpo and they will push your reviews to the Google product reviews for Google Shopping. They have a reward coupon if a customer leaves you a review and a referral program so customers will give their friends discount code so you get more business. Also every single time I need help I get it almost instantly. They will resize pictures for you, move review widgets were you want them and help coding and html stuff that I don't know how to do. I have been using the free plan with Judge.me for a little bit and never had any issues. Then one day one of my customers we delivered directly to opted to leave a review there on the spot through the button on our website. When we got back from our delivery we had gotten an email saying that the review wasn't verified. When we looked into this we found out the reason why was because they used their icloud email address to leave the review and their gmail for the order. Otherwise the addresses were exactly the same. We contacted the customer support and explained the situation and they were accommodating and went above and beyond! After a bit of proof via screenshots, they manually verified the review! Definitely the best free review app and we are considering upgrading to the paid plan for even more features!

This app is amazing. But what was even better was the customer service. I didn't even have to reach out for help! An agent was available and ready and came to me to see if I needed anything. They were so helpful. They answered all of my questions and sent available links and help sites. They even helped me install certain elements. Exceptional service! As far as the app goes, it seems very simple and easy to use. It comes with so many options in the settings. You can really customize and make the app work for you and your business!

The app is user friendly. If you have questions about anything, they are always on standby via chat to answer any questions. I have written them many times and someone always responds to me within 1-2 minutes. They will walk you through every step on the process if need be. Today I worked with Joseph and he was more than helpful and extremely patient with me. I must have asked 10 questions. The discount automations and templates available (which are all customizable) make my job 10x easier. I manually did everything before switching to Shopify and using Judge.me. 10/10 recommend!
