BEST review app in all of Shopify! Easy, good looking. And the support is 100% That last piece is the most critical for any good app. We ALL have a problem from time to time. The real magic is in having total access to support to solve it quickly and easily. And you have that here!

Amazing Customer support. using it for about 4 months its seamless.
very easy to use even for a Novice.

One small suggestion for apparel you can include more review option where customer can find the fit, comfort quality etc parameters on average.

I'm using the free version and there are many variations to choose from.
I had an issue with something I didnt understand and the support team literally answered in less then a minute, and they also made the configuration for me.
I was away from the pc and came back after 6 hours and asked them another thing, they again answered me in less then a minute, they are very informative and they are answering my questions very thoroughly
perfect app!

Igor is the tech, who helped me embed the app onto my website's store. He is very kind, patient, and professional. I closed out our collaboration before sending to review to his link, and I apologize. I sincerely wish for him to receive it.
