Seamless integration with the help of Ron via support chat. Widgets all look good on our site and all our existing reviews from Shopify's defunct reviews app have been uploaded, all inside 30 mins.

We'll see whether we upgrade to the $15pm plan, but so far very pleased.

Not used the app yet to its full effect, but if it's anything like its support, it's going to be great.
