Judge.me Product Reviews App

Their support team is always so helpful and available around the clock! I connected Judge.me with another app to import my reviews from my Etsy shop to my Shopify website. Their customer support team helped by marking all those reviews as VERIFIED. They checked my Etsy shop to verify them, first. I appreciated how thorough they were.

The process of importing reviews using .csv file is super smooth. I wish there was a way to export a .csv fo any excel file of all your shopify product IDs with product URLs so i could get the template ready but it's okay.

Very helpful suggestions and explained concepts to me that I didnt think of and went above and beyond to help me

I love Judge.me app. I have not had any problems with it so far. I did have some questions and the rep came on quickly and answered them. I have been with them for a while now and everything has been good.

Nowadays customer service via a human is UNHEARD of. including SHOPIFY!!! If I could give Cesar 10 stars I would! He was so patient with me. I had to install the app, add the code to the theme and export/import reviews from an existing app and he was there every step of the way. Ten ********** for Cesar!! I have 2 other stores on Shopify that I will install this app on as well.

Just added the app (with some help from their customer service team), it looks great on our site and sits well in the store. I was able to import our old shopify reviews and now need to take a root around and look at all the extra options it gives
